A cracked supply line or an overflowing appliance doesn't check the clock before it ruins a floor. Hirex Water Damage keeps Water Removal crews and equipment staged inside Black Earth so a technician can be at your door quickly.
We built Hirex Water Damage's Black Earth operation after hearing the same complaint over and over: the "24/7" number that never actually answers when it matters. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Each senior tech on our Black Earth roster is IICRC-certified and has handled everything from a clean supply-line break to a full Category 3 sewage loss, which is why Water Removal in Black Earth is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. Full insurance and Black Earth, WI licensing back every job we take in Black Earth.
Because our gear is staged locally rather than shipped in, Black Earth response times run well ahead of a typical national franchise.
Anyone in Black Earth who's had a mid-night plumbing failure knows that every extra minute of standing water means more material soaked through. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
We also invest in ongoing technician training, since restoration methods and equipment keep evolving and a Black Earth crew running outdated techniques does the property a disservice.
Plenty of the worst jobs we've walked into in Black Earth started as something small that got put off for a few weeks. Here's what tells our team a Black Earth property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so reach out to our Black Earth team before it spreads.
From a single flooded closet to a three-story commercial building, our Black Earth crews scale the response to match the actual damage. We list these as distinct services because each genuinely requires different tools and training, not interchangeable labor.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors built to clear a flooded Black Earth room before water soaks deeper into the subfloor. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once extraction wraps, commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers go to work based on psychrometric readings, not a flat per-room count, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
For Black Earth families, our scope covers flood-cut work, subfloor evaluation, and packing out belongings that can be cleaned and restored, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
Black Earth businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.
When a Black Earth job involves sewage backup, our team suits up fully, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Black Earth drying job includes preventive antimicrobial application aimed at heading off mold before it starts.
We quote every Black Earth job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise charge buried in the final invoice.
Local staging inside Black Earth typically puts a tech at your door quickly, not after a long drive across the region.
Our paperwork is built to match what Black Earth, WI adjusters expect, so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.

Our nearest available Black Earth crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount gear on board.
We extract immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where Black Earth drying equipment needs to go.
We re-check moisture daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records.
Our Black Earth technicians take moisture readings at the start and end of every job, and the final number has to hit dry standard before we leave. If a callback within 30 days shows lingering moisture from the same loss, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put the guarantee directly on the work order for every Black Earth job, in writing. We try to return the same crew for any callback so the person handling it already knows the property and the original readings.
A guarantee only means something if it's backed by documented numbers, which is why every Black Earth job closes with instrument readings attached.
